What data we process

The app processes only the data needed to work: the store's .myshopify.com domain, the OAuth access tokens issued by Shopify, the store's product images (processed temporarily for background removal) and the monthly usage counters. Images are processed in memory or in temporary files and deleted right after processing: we keep no copies of the photos.

End-customer data

The app does not collect, store or process any personal data of the store's end customers (orders, names, emails, addresses). The GDPR requests customers/data_request and customers/redact therefore get an automatic response: no data to return or delete.

Deletion

When the app is uninstalled, access tokens are revoked immediately. On receiving the shop/redact webhook (48 hours after uninstall) all the store's data, including usage counters, is permanently deleted.

Where the data is

The application and database are hosted on Railway (railway.com). Payments are handled entirely by Shopify billing: we neither see nor store payment data.
